We answer email. There is no account to look up, so tell us what phone you have and what happened, and we will do our best.

Common questions

Where are my dreams stored? On your phone only, in the app's local database. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them, and there is no backup on our side — if you want to keep them, keep the phone or export them before deleting.

Does the app need the internet? Only twice: to download the two AI models on first run (about 870 MB in total), and if you choose to share a dream's tags. Everything else works offline.

What exactly gets shared? The app shows you, before every share, the exact text it will send: the date and a short list of abstract tags. Nothing else. See the Privacy Policy.

Can you delete the tags I shared? No — and we explain why before you share. Nothing connects a contribution to you, so there is no way for us to find it. You can stop future sharing at any time in Settings.

The first download is very large. It is the AI model, and it is what lets the app run without the cloud. It happens once. Use Wi-Fi.

A reading was unsettling. Readings are generated by a small AI model and are for entertainment and reflection only. If something is weighing on you, please talk to a doctor, therapist or someone you trust. The app is not a substitute for that.
